Public and Onsite Training

The policies below apply to all training provided by Brode Training and Consulting (BTC), including public enrollment classes and on-site classes. By enrolling in a class or scheduling an on-site delivery, you are agreeing to accept these policies.

Cancellation / Rescheduling by the Student

A full refund will be given for a cancellation more than fifteen (15) full calendar days prior to the class start date.

If a registration is canceled within 15 calendar days or less of the class start date, no refund will be given. However, students may reschedule to take the course within six months of the original class start date with no penalty.

For a no-show, payment is non-refundable. A "No Show" is a student who does not show up on the date the course starts and there was no prior communication from the student to cancel or reschedule the course.

Substitution of Students

Substitution of one student for another for a specific class is allowed as long as they are employed by the same company.

Cancellation / Rescheduling by Brode Training and Consulting

All classes delivered by BTC in Denver will not be canceled except for severe inclement weather which prevents the majority of students from arriving in time for the start of class or because of a reason that is outside the control of BTC. Classes delivered outside Denver may be canceled if a minimum enrollment of three students is not met. Notification of cancellation will be provided no less than two weeks prior to the first day of class. In the event of a cancellation, students will have the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund of the registration fee.

Travel arrangements are the student's responsibility and Brode Training and Consulting assumes no liability for any costs, including non-refundable tickets, that may be incurred in the unlikely event of a class cancellation.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the class you are attending, notify the instructor immediately. If the situation has not been corrected to your satisfaction by the end of the first day of class, return all course materials to the instructor by the end of the first day of class and you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. NOTE: This has never occurred.
